Google has now announced a significant price cut on higher storage plans of Google One considering more people are likely to purchase cloud storage soon. “For members that need more space, we’re cutting the price of our 10TB, 20TB, and 30TB plans by 50%. If you’re already on a qualifying plan, you’ll start seeing savings automatically,” Google said. Previously, the 10TB Google One storage plan was priced at $99.99/month. Going forward, this plan will now cost $49.99/month. Similarly, the 20TB and 30TB storage plans will now cost $99.99/month and $149.99/month, which is a 50% per cent drop from its previous prices of $199.99/month and $299.99/month, respectively. All the above storage plans are available only on a monthly basis and do not include an annual prepay option. Besides cloud storage, Google One storage plans include additional member benefits like access to Google experts, shared family plans, special hotel pricing, free VPN service, Google Play credits, and more. Further, Google has not changed prices for the lower storage tier Google One plans. The 100GB plan will continue to cost $1.99/month and $19.99/yearly. Similarly, the 200GB storage plan will cost $2.99/month and $29.99/yearly, while the 2TB storage plan will cost $9.99/month and $99.99/yearly.
