Nintendo of America has filed two lawsuits last Friday, one in Ohio and one in Seattle. The Ohio lawsuit is filed against Tom Dilts Jr., who is believed to be the operator of the website UberChips, while the Seattle lawsuit targets “a number of anonymous defendants” from multiple websites. The Seattle lawsuit targets and accuses eight stores – Anxchip.com, Axiogame.com, Flashcarda.com, Mod3dscards.com, Nx-card.com, Sxflashcard.com, Txswitch.com, and Usachipss.com. Nintendo’s lawyers have accused defendants’ websites of selling products belonging to an anonymous group of hackers called “Team-Xecuter....

While 5G standards are in the process of getting finalized, Nokia, the Finnish telecommunications giant, and one of China’s leading providers of Internet services, Tencent Holdings signed a cooperation agreement to carry out joint research and development to “explore the potential of 5G for the provision of new applications”, including different vertical markets. The agreement was formalized when the two firms signed a Strategic Framework Agreement at the 2018 Mobile World Congress (MWC) Shanghai that took place at the end of June....
